Who we are
Founder & Managing Partner
Caryn Davies
Before founding Podium Law, Caryn represented early-stage companies, investors, and larger corporate clients, at Goodwin in Boston. Her work included venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formations, and complex debt transactions.
She later led client relationships at a legal services startup serving global asset managers, where she worked closely with deal teams to streamline transaction processes.
Caryn’s current practice spans the full lifecycle of a business. She handles day-to-day corporate, commercial, and employment matters, as well as financings, acquisitions, and divestitures — and the governance and ownership issues that arise from those transactions.
Outside her legal practice, Caryn is a three-time Olympic medalist in rowing, including two gold medals.
