Here at Podium Law, we know what it's like to be at the top of your game.  Our founder is a two-time Olympic gold medalist, and she's passionate about using her experience to help others achieve their goals.

Caryn Davies

Founder
In addition to being an Olympic champion in rowing, Caryn is an experienced attorney. After graduating Harvard College, Columbia Law School, and Oxford Saïd Business School (not to mention clerking on the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals in Honolulu), she started her legal career at Goodwin in Boston. Caryn has guided entrepreneurs through business formation, equity issuance, venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, employment disputes, commercial contracts, and IP licensing. She also lectures on law relevant to startups. Licensed to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
